Adrian or a colleague was always available they setup a schedule for me, advised me and guided me on the process I needed to follow.
The whole process at this difficult and stressful period went smoothly, Adrian and staff at Martins were always contactable which was very helpful and reassuring.
All the family and friends complemented how the process went, staff were very friendly, respectful and supportive.
We had a beautifully presented order of service mourners said was the best they had seen.
This was very comforting for the family to know, I can’t thank Martins enough for making our stressful day go as smoothly as it did.
