We’re delighted to announce that Home-Start CHAMS has received funding from The Martins Community Fund.
Home-Start CHAMS supports families across Crawley, Horsham and Mid-Sussex, providing practical and emotional help to those facing challenges such as isolation, bereavement, financial hardship and poor mental health.
The grant will help fund resources, activities and volunteer support, allowing the charity to continue making a positive difference to local families and strengthening the communities it serves.
